Gillette Creamery is the largest supplier of Ice
Cream products to all classes of trade in Eastern New York State.
We have exclusive and preferred contracts with each of our suppliers. Gillette Creamery has been Family Owned and Operated since 1985 and based in Ellenville, New York. We started in 1985 as Tri-County Ice Cream, serving a few counties, with 4 employees and 2 trucks. Since that time, the company has grown to include over 70 employees, 26 trucks, 3,000 accounts in 19 counties and over 2,500 pieces of equipment with our own in-house refrigeration staff. We currently operate out of our main facility in Gardiner, New York and our secondary depot located in Albany, New York.

We primarily distribute wholesale ice cream products from
partner brands such as: Nestle (Edy's, Haagen-Dazs, Skinny Cow),
Unilever (Ben & Jerry's, Good Humor, Breyers, Starbucks), Perry's, Masterfoods (M&M
Mars), Friendly's, Welsh Farms, Crowley Yogurt, Rosati, Marino's and many others. Gillette
Creamery also offers a full service Ice Cream Vending program as well as
secondary products including ice cream mix, toppings, frozen food and
snacks. Our "go to market" strategy is full service direct store delivery (DSD). Our goal is to be the premiere DSD Ice Cream Distributor in the Northeast. Our strong customer service philosophy will help you in all aspects, whether you are just starting up your first business or you are a seasoned veteran looking for the newest industry concepts or the latest flavors.
